Introducing yoga & mindfulness to children with different themes every day. Get kids inspired by magic Mondays, terrific Tuesdays, wacky Wednesdays, thankful Thursdays and fabulously fun Fridays.
4-week package, 2 sessions a week
Enjoying a well-balanced pace of two yoga & mindfulness sessions a week. Children will be introduced and practice physical exercise, breath work, meditation as well as mindfulness & focus oriented work.
You decide on the days of the week, consecutive or not.
